For VA’s Who Have Some Experience in a Support Role Duration: 28 minutes.
This course is designed for VA’s who have some experience and basic knowledge of operating in a support role for a Real Estate professional but want to increase their understanding and competency at a more advanced level.
Included in learning - the basics of Contract Law and dealing with the most-used legal documents in Real Estate transactions. You will learn about the elements of the Listing Agreement, Offer/Purchase Agreements/Addendums, as well as an overview of market-based documents that may include Property Condition Disclosures, Pest Inspections, etc.
I will guide you through the step-by-step sale process from preparing Offers through firming the deal, to the Closing and Possession.
